Access Policy Template

When we refer to access, we mean enabling Deaf, disabled and neurodivergent people, and people with long-term physical or mental health conditions, to use and enjoy our premises, services and activities. This includes, where relevant, eating and drinking, purchasing alcohol or refreshments, attending entertainment or events, using customer facilities, booking or collecting tickets, and working at or visiting the premises.

This template is intended for the broad range of premises that may be licensed under the Licensing Act 2003, including restaurants, pubs, bars, cafés, nightclubs, hotels, community venues, theatres, cinemas, live music venues, late-night refreshment premises and other businesses providing licensable activities. Sections relating to ticketing, performances or events should be completed only where relevant to the premises.
