We’re looking for our next Co-chair of Trustees to support us in the next chapter of Attitude is Everything.

Thank you so much for your interest in becoming Co-Chair of Trustees at Attitude is Everything. We’re dependent on people like you who are willing to give up your time and expertise in joining our Board of Trustees. 

We’ve tried to keep the application process as smooth as possible, but please forgive us for the number of questions we ask and the amount of information we request. It’s important to us to be accessible recruiters and to have a diverse and representative Board of Trustees, and to be held accountable on our vision and mission.

Attitude is Everything is in an exciting period of growth, with our turnover doubling over the last three years. We’ve become an Arts Council England-funded Investment Principles Support Organisation (IPSO) and have launched a number of new programmes. Our work has never been more important and we have experienced a considerable increase in demand for our services and activities.  

The new Co-Chair will replace Jane Dyball who will step down in March 2025, having been Co-Chair since 2020. The new Co-Chair will work collaboratively with Jacqui Adeniji-Williams over the next period.

We don’t have an application form. Instead, we’d like you to apply by providing us with your CV and answers to the questions below in a way that you feel most comfortable with. This could be by a letter, a video or another way.
