Mystery Shopping
Mystery shopping is the cornerstone of our work. Our dedicated team of mystery shoppers are disabled music fans who report back on the accessibility and overall experience at UK music venues, clubs and festivals.
Festival volunteering
For many years we have recruited disabled people to volunteer on information tent, accessible campsite and viewing platform stewarding teams at Glastonbury, Latitude, Reading and Leeds festivals.
