Mystery Shopping
Mystery shopping is the cornerstone of our work. Our dedicated team of mystery shoppers are disabled music fans who report back on the accessibility and overall experience at UK music venues, clubs and festivals.
Festival volunteering
Unfortunately, we are not funded to deliver festival volunteering opportunities in 2026 but do hope to offer these again in 2027. Please ensure you are signed up to our audience mailing list as that is the best way to find out about our future opportunities.
