You can give feedback any event of your choose by completing our “Complete a Mystery Shop” form after you have attended the event. 

We are not currently accepting requests for expenses for mystery shops whilst we review our guidance and processes. Over the next few months, we will be creating a new process for requesting reimbursement for shops and we will explain more details when we have them.

In the meantime, we will still cover the costs of any shops we agreed to fund prior to 30 April 2025.
